Being a driver for RW requires a high level of skill and commitment. Are you ready for the challenge?  We require each driver to pass our Quality Check guidelines and strictly adhere to safety policies that include the daily inspection of  equipment to prevent any potential hazards. 

Our drivers are strongly compensated and enjoy well maintained equipment in good condition.  If you can give high levels of customer service and professionalism, we'd love to have you drive for us!

What We Expect

WE HIRE QUALITY DRIVERS!

  • Min 21 yrs of age
  • Preferred 2yrs CDL driving experience
  • Class A-CDL
  • Tankers/Hazmat Endorsements
  • Must possess or apply for a TWIC card within 90 days
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 yrs
  • Must be able to pass drug test
  • Must be able to complete orientation in Odessa, Texas

Requirements for our drivers:

  • Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications (which includes, but are not limited to, FM CSR part 391)
  • Have a valid Commercial Driver License with proper endorsements in state of residence and have no current license suspension or revocation. A work permit is never acceptable. (See FM CSR parts 383 and 391)
  • No more than four ( 3) moving violations in the past 36 months, and no more than two (2) moving violations in the previous 12 months.
  • Have no preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within three years.
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years experience operating tractor/trailer equipment.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • No convictions for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” within the last three (3) years. (See FMCSR parts 382,391,392 and 397) A “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” includes the following:
    1. Excessive speeding, involving any single offense for any speed of 15 m.p.h. or more above the posted speed limit.
    2. Reckless driving, as defined by state or local law or regulation, including but not limited to the offense of driving a motor vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.
    3. Improper or erratic lane changes.
    4. Following the vehicle ahead too closely.
    5. Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
    6. Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, or failure to report an accident.
    7. Violating a State or local law or ordinance prohibiting texting while driving a motor vehicle.
    8. Violating a State or local law or ordinance restricting or prohibiting the use of a hand-held mobile device while driving
    9. No DUI violation
    10. No Possessions violation
